coordinator for Emergency Broadcast System After receiving his discharge from the US Air orce he at tended the University of Con necticut at Storrs The son of Walter Webb of Hampden and Arlene Dolley of Portland he is the father of two daughters Sheila 11 and Di anne 10 A past president of the ar mington School Parent Teachers Association he also served for 18 months as president of the Augusta
